Relational Healing Workshop
One of the biggest contributing factors to a stressful life is over-commitment. We don't know how to say no. We often feel pressured to say yes and don't feel like we can say no. We feel torn between saying yes and saying no and don't have a workable method to choose. This 1-hour workshop borrows from ancient Christian and modern wisdom on the art of decision-making, specifically offering practical steps for choosing whether to say yes or no to requests, opportunities and potential lifestyle changes. This series is available virtually (online conference call) or as an in person workshop for churches within our service radius.
Leadership Training and/or Small Group Series
In a world that preaches a “try harder” gospel―just keep going, keep hustling, keep pretending we’re all fine―we’re left exhausted, overwhelmed, and so numb to our lives. If we’re honest, we’ve been over-functioning for so long, we can’t even imagine another way. How else will things get done? How else will we survive? It doesn’t have to be this way.
Through this 5-session study series, participants learn that they don’t have to white-knuckle their way through life. God specifically designed our bodies and minds to work together to process our stories and work through obstacles. Through the latest psychology, practical clinical exercises, and personal stories, participants are equipped and empowered to connect to their truest self and truly live.

Leadership Training and/or Small Group Series
From hurting bodies and souls to hurting relationships and communities, it’s clear that things are not as they should be. The gospels brim with stories of Jesus healing people, but what does that mean for us today? In this book study series, we weave together personal stories with reflections on biblical accounts of Jesus’ healing work, providing fresh insight into both the nature of healing and the pathway to healing, then and now.
This series is a powerful invitation to personal, spiritual, and social healing as participants reconnect to their bodies and souls, to God, and to their communities. For anyone struggling with pain or loss, for anyone concerned about the things that divide us, this book goes beyond wellness and beyond miraculous physical transformations to explore how we can—personally and collectively—be made well.
